It can either be done at home, or on your terrace through instructional videos.
Pulling a bike
This is a workout that is performed mostly with dogs of a larger breed that are of sound health. It involves tying pulling ropes around the dog’s body and motivating him to pull your bike. To help ease the burden of your dog, you can pedal along with your dog. This is a great exercise that builds endurance and strength in dogs. Take care to use bike friendly paths.
Running and exercising in park
Do multiple different types of exercises with your dog in the park. These exercises include jogging, sprinting, jumping and climbing and improve the agility level of your dog. You can get involved too by doing your exercises while the dog is exercising. For instance you can do 10 pull-ups on the horizontal bar while your dog fetches a ball.
